Can I get a Health Fund Rebate Please check with your health fund prior to booking, if they accept Mobile Remedial Massage. PRT has created massage passes in response to 'Some' Health Funds stating that mobile remedial massage is 'different', to the same service being provided in a clinic.... I'm not sure If I have room in my my home for a massage Trust me when I say that you do :) The foot of a massage table can be placed against a wall or couch without impeding a treatment at all.
Are their affordable plans for clients wanting maintenance treatments? Absolutely :) The pricing of a mobile treatment effectively equates to this. For one hour of treatment you charge for an hour and a half. This is set up and down, plus travel. What the Massage Passes achieve, is not charging for an hour and a half, but for an hour treatment. Over a 6 Month Period you can choose to save from $100 - $300 OFF, with the PRT Massage Passes.
Do you service everywhere in Brisbane? PRT will readily be servicing 77 suburbs in Brisbane. Please use the locations directory in the menu to see if your suburb s within our work radius. If you don' see your suburb, don't despair. If you send me a text, email or fill out a quote form, we will endeavour to make something work. It is usually a scheduling issue and tolls and petrol are added to these circumstances.
Will my therapist be punctual? Our massage therapists will endeavour to be punctual however we ask you allow a 1 hour window for the commencement of treatment for traffic conditions beyond our control'. ​If for some reason PRT cannot make the appointment 'all efforts will be made to reschedule at an appropriate time. If rescheduling is not possible a refund will be processed.' then ideally we will reschedule, but you will also be eligible for a refund. This refund will be done digitally and processed within 5 business days of the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation policy If you wish to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay the entire amount for the booked treatment. If treatment has not already been paid in full online then an invoice will be delivered by PRT to your email/phone via a payment link and attached invoice. Please provide cancellation notice of at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee, fear not :) (please refer to the rescheduling policy).
Rescheduling ​ If you are within the 24hr period of a treatment cancellation without incurring a fee is no longer possible. Small business yada yada. However you may reschedule treatment within 14 days of the original booking. At PRT we are looking to be as flexible as possible as we know things happen. No Shows ​ Your PRT therapist will wait 10 minutes at the residence without communication from the client before moving on to his next appointment. (Please refer to the rescheduling policy.)
Refunds ​ Refunds will be issued to clients that adhere to the Cancellation, Rescheduling and No show policies. A Refund will be provided in full within 5 business days electronically via stripe. This total will be minus the fees incurred by PRT to process all digital transactions. All fees are available on the stripe website.
